  • Rental periods are for 2 days unless we have made other arrangements to account for our schedules.

  • Our collection plays nice with others. Whether you are looking to mix in with items from your own personal collection or pair with rentals from our other friends in the industry, our entire collection is A La Carte so rent what you need.

  • While our sweet spot is seated events up to 24 guests, we have a few collections that cater to larger events. We also love a little mix and match action. Fill out our contact form with your event details and we're always happy to make suggestions.

  • Based on current demand, our order minimums are $200. Exceptions can be made for porch pickups. Please submit our contact form with the names of the items you are interested in renting.

  • We sure do! Hinsdale Table is based in Hinsdale, IL but we are happy to deliver to the surrounding Chicago suburbs. We charge a fee to account for our time for delivery/setup/pickup. Contact us for more details.

    *Porch pickup also available. However, you are responsible if an item is damaged during transit.

  • One of the perks of renting is that we do that part for you! We just ask that you clear all items of food/drinks and give it a good rinse before returning to its packaging.

  • We would love at least 2 weeks notice in order to give you the best possible experience. However, we understand that some of the best parties are thrown together last minute and we're happy to accommodate when possible. For last minute events, please DM or text us for the fastest response.

  • If your rented item cannot be cleaned or repaired (lost, stolen, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged), we will bill you for the replacement cost of the item(s).
